Fairview 1% I
One of the first commissions for the Anchorage, Alaska Fairview recreation center. I did two, one on each side of the building. They are each 6' high and 12' long and aluminum. The figures are the same, I just rearranged them. While installing these sculpture, a city crew arrived and hung potted plants in front of them. Nice touch.

Fairview 1% II
A few years after doing Fairview 1 I was commissioned to do and other one, sort of a Fairview light. As luck would have it, I still had the templates so it was fairly easy to do.

Matsu 1%
This could be called One One because it is my first 1% for art commission in the first year of the program in Alaska. This is located at the enterance to Mat Su Community College, a branch of the University of Alaska.

Petersburg 1%
This sculpture was installed at the entrance to Petersburg High School. It was a great pleasure to do this piece. I fished out of Petersburg for abut 10 years and got to know many of the residents fairly well. It is also one of the most scenic and beautiful places in Southeastern Alaska. Redwood and aluminum were the primary medid used. the height was about 5' and length over 40'; it wrapped around the corner.
